• 2:00-3:00pm: Nature Walk & Journaling

Saturday 3/29: Aries New Moon / Solar Eclipse

  Enjoy a light, nourishing breakfast to fuel your body and mind for the day's activities.
• 9:00-10:00am: Nature Walk & Journaling
  Take a mindful walk through nature, followed by reflective journaling to align your thoughts with the energy of the Aries New Moon.
• 10:30am-12:00pm: Yoga
  A rejuvenating yoga session designed to harmonize body and soul, perfect for embracing the transformative energy of the solar eclipse.
• 12:30-1:30pm: Lunch
  Savor a wholesome meal in community, nourishing yourself before the afternoon's activities.
• 1:30-4:30pm: Free Time / Optional Sauna / Optional Group Breathwork
  Take this time for yourself—relax in the sauna, engage in group breathwork, or simply enjoy some free time to unwind.

  An evening yoga session to help ground and center, embracing the new beginnings brought by the solar eclipse.

• 10:00am-12:00pm: Yoga, Closing Circle & Integration
  Join us for a final yoga session, followed by a closing circle where we’ll reflect, share experiences, and integrate the lessons and energy of the retreat.
• 12:30pm: Lunch
  Our last meal together, a chance to savor the moment and say farewell before departing, nourished in body and spirit.
