Arlington Club’s annual journey to Hawai‘i is a treasured tradition built over two decades of shared experiences, friendship, and relaxed luxury.

Originally pioneered in 2002 by the Club’s newly formed Golf Committee and inspired by the longtime connection of Dr. Les Bergeron to the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, this special gathering was designed to blend the best of both worlds: the camaraderie of fellow members and guests, and the beauty of a world-class resort destination. What began as a golf-focused retreat soon grew into a signature Club experience, with welcome and farewell dinners, optional golf outings, and plenty of time to enjoy the island at one’s own pace.

After many memorable years, we are excited to return to the iconic Mauna Kea Beach Hotel for our 2026 program, bringing nearly 24 years of tradition full circle.

Perfectly nestled along the crescent-shaped white sands of Kauna‘oa Bay on Hawai‘i Island’s sunny Kohala Coast, Mauna Kea is celebrated for its timeless mid-century design, understated elegance, and legendary Hawaiian hospitality. Optional pre- and post-nights may be arranged at our group rate, subject to availability, for those who wish to extend their stay and enjoy even more of the island’s magic. You can do this on the "add-on" screen upon check out, or InquisiTours can assist with all additional arrangements.

If your preferred room category is not available, add yourself to the waitlist and InquisiTours will follow up with the hotel on availablity and will get back to you.

Additional nights at the group rate may be booked up to three days before and after the main trip dates, based on availability. 

When entering your information upon check out indicate the extra dates you'd like to confirm.

Golf Vista: $650.00 + tax

Golf Vista Deluxe: $700.00 + tax

Beachfront Room: $750.00 + tax

Ocean View: $800.00 + tax

Ocean Front Deluxe: $925.00 + tax

Payments and Policies
To offer flexibility—and to ensure you receive Bonvoy points and the lowest available group rate—this trip is structured differently than a traditional group package.

Due at Time of Booking:

• $200 non-refundable booking and administrative fee
  
•  The first night’s room rate and tax, paid directly to the hotel to confirm your reservation
   
• Note: a one-time 20% service fee is applied to the first night’s room rate — this replaces a traditional nightly commission and supports group coordination, room block management, and fulfillment of contractual requirements with the hotel.
   

What’s Included in the Room Rate:

• Room and tax only (porterage and housekeeping gratuities are not included and are at your discretion)
   
• Eligibility to earn full Bonvoy points
   

Important:
All upfront fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection to safeguard your investment in the event of unforeseen changes or cancellations.

Before January 22, 2026: 50% of the first night room and tax is refundable. The $200 administrative fee is non-refundable.

After January 23, 2026:  No refunds 

A No-Show charge of one (1) night’s room and tax will be retained as a cancellation charge for any individuals who fail to show for their confirmed reservation.

An early departure fee of one (1) night’s room and tax will apply if an individual checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date or shortens their length of stay.

Golf tee times:  Cancellations without penalty are allowed up to 72 hours prior to date of play.

Times cancelled within 72 hours, or no shows will be billed at green fee cost per

tee time.

Plan to arrive and depart from Kona International Airport (KOA), located on the west side of Hawaiʻi Island. We recommend arriving in the early afternoon on the first day of the trip to allow time for check-in, relaxation, and participation in the welcome dinner.

The Mauna Kea Beach Hotel is approximately 35 minutes from the airport by car. Transportation from KOA to the hotel is not included but can be arranged upon request.

If you are renting a car, self-parking is priced at $17.50 plus tax/per day and $35.00 plus tax/per day Valet.

If you would like assistance booking preferred flights or extending your stay with pre- or post-nights, we are happy to help!

We strongly encourage all travelers to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip investment. Coverage should include trip interruption, medical care, baggage protection, and cancellation due to unforeseen events. While InquisiTours does not sell insurance directly, we recommend looking into providers such as Travel Safe or Faye Travel Insurance for comprehensive policies.

For additional peace of mind, we also recommend MedJet Horizon for emergency medical evacuation and travel security coverage when traveling more than 150 miles from home.

We suggest purchasing coverage at the time of booking to ensure eligibility for the most complete benefits. Please read all policy documents carefully and select a plan that aligns with your personal health and travel needs.

• Enjoy the day your way: relax at the beach, explore the island, book a spa appointment, or arrange an optional activity

March 1 – Optional Golf Day / Free Time

• Morning: Optional golf at Hapuna Golf Course (tee times sign-up coordinated closer to the trip)
•   Tee times: Tee times: 8:00, 8:12. 8:24 and 8:36
  25% discounted green fees; paid on-site 

March 2 – Farewell Celebration

• Evening: Group Farewell Dinner at Manta (Mauna Kea Beach Hotel)
  Meal to be paid on-site
